The Breath Library



If you have been on a Beam course or workshop you will have been taught breathwork at some point, so we have created a library just breathing exercises.


We are both experienced breathwork instructors and have been teaching methods we have learnt over the years to help deal with:

  • Reducing Stress

  • Reducing Anxiety

  • Reducing Panic

  • Improving Sleep

  • Improving Fitness

  • Asthma

  • Long COVID

  • Female Breathing

On the channel you will find ways to deal with problems around breathing, how to test your own breathing ability plus guided sessions to send you off to sleep. The focus is on understanding how these exercises work, how to do them and sometime the data to back it up.
